Great location and so close to Galleria and Medical Center. This unit is well equipped as it's our "summer house". Quiet neighborhood and Second Baptist church campus is less than 5 minutes walk away. This is a townhome. Nice front yard plus balcony upstairs and behind home, there is another dedicated BBQ area. Two bedrooms plus additional office space with Ikea sleeper daybed upstairs. Downstairs with open concept kitchen and living room. Other bedroom has crip and also a bed for toddler. The space NEW: GARAGE HAS CHARGING STATION FOR ELECTRIC CAR. NEMA 14-50R. You have place in garage for at least one car. We may store our old vehicle on other side under tarp. Home is very large, almost 2400 Sq Ft so you are not feeling tight on space. Please note home is decorated as our own home. We have decorations that are religious and we have masks from different countries. If these are not of your taste or make you feel uncomfortable, please reserve accommodation from a more neutral place. Plenty of toys for little children. Parents responsible for potential hazards.
