Just a 1-minute walk from the beach, this Murrells Inlet retreat is perfect for a family getaway! A fully equipped kitchen makes dining in easy, whether you’re grilling on the deck or enjoying a relaxed evening indoors. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Minimum booking age: 25 Trip insurance recommended (available upon booking) Long term stays available October-April The space The home has 4 bedrooms: The main bedroom is upstairs with a king bed and full bathroom. The second bedroom upstairs has 2 twin beds. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with 2 twins and 1 queen and a shared full bathroom. There is 1 sofa bed in the living room. The house will sleep 10 guests, but keep in mind there are only 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of counter space. There is a washer and dryer. Towels and linens provided. Please bring your own beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Smart TVs in every room and living room. Free parking under house - 4 car max. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire home except the downstairs storage closet and owner’s closet. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: While we want all of our guests to have a great time, this is NOT a party house. This is not the house parents rent for their underage children to celebrate graduations or school breaks. Primary renters must be at least 25 years old and staying on the property for the duration of the reservation. Underage drinking will not be tolerated. We welcome pets! A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per stay. Pets must be house-trained, and we ask that they are not left unattended in the home unless crated. Although I hope you do not see any during your stay, Palmetto bugs, a type of cockroach native to South Carolina, live in the palmetto trees all around. To keep them out of the house, I have the property professionally sprayed every quarter. While this drastically reduces the chance of you seeing a Palmetto bug in the house, the chance of you seeing one is not zero. For your convenience, there is bug spray for guests to use should one of these native insects find its way into the house. Please do not take this as a sign that the house is dirty or infested - it is minor and unavoidable tradeoff for living in a tropical climate.
