Nested in a peaceful setting, amongst 32 acres of private land, this newly renovated two floor flat, The Stables, will give you and your family the ideal place to relax, explore and recharge. It offers a tranquil place to reconnect with nature whilst remaining near modern conveniences offered in the nearby villages. Delightful local farm shops abound and the stunning South Downs is just a short drive away. Walkers or cyclists will marvel at the South Downs Link at the end of the drive. The space Only occasionally available, our newly renovated flat offers 1 king size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a double bedroom with a bathroom on the ground floor. The upstairs louge also has a sofa bed (please give notice for beddings) There is an open plan kitchen with a dining area and small lounge area, with all the amenities to make your stay truly enjoyable. The private garden area is equipped with a Weber gas fired barbecue and fire pit to sit in and enjoy the sunshine and stunning sunset. There's a shared access to private land with an outdoor table tennis table, a gym and games room (by request only, shared with owner and other guests). Guest access The use of a car is optimal to get around as the property is relatively remote but there are taxi companies around and deliveries are relatively simple. Some mountain bikes can be made available with prior arrangement, subject to availabilities. Other things to note Pets may be welcome and need to be agreed beforehand.
