Small and cozy with plenty of amenities. Hot tub facing the beach was great to watch the evening sunsets. Quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. We live here we work here we know what works. Our motto is to provide a clean comfortable place for our guests to stay and repeat clients is most important. There is a 2 night minimum stay, 3 nights during the holidays. All homes have a cleaning fee. You must be 25 years or older to reserve and stay at any of our Condos or Beach Houses. The person who reserves must be present at check in. No Smoking and dogs are welcome. This property does allow dogs. The charge is $25 per pet per night plus tax. This charge would be due at check in airbnb does not collect pet fees. (no cats)
