This space has an atmosphere of intimacy created by the dark tones of its interiors, refreshing the environment. In the living room there is a smart plasma flat screen, with Wi-Fi internet and ROKU so that guests can access any streaming platform they are subscribed to: Netflix, Hulu, Fox News, HBO Go, etc... At the same time, its shared terrace is designed with a Mexican touch, surrounded by vegetation. The town life happens right there and you can enjoy strolling through its streets filled with cozy cafes, art galleries, gastronomic offerings, convenience stores, banking and medical services, all without the need for vehicle transportation. Within walking distance is Lázaro Cárdenas Park, where you can witness folkloric dances, food fairs, craft markets and more. Just a 10-minute walk away is the Malecón, the cathedral, the market and the municipal plaza. In the surrounding streets you will find a wide variety of traditional and gay-friendly bars and nightclubs. Puerto Vallarta has a cosmopolitan atmosphere, as people from all over the world visit us. It is very special that modernity does not seem to happen here, as the streets are still cobbled, the lush vegetation of the jungle that surrounds us with its mountains, the uneven, the imperfect, the rustic, everything remains intact here... However, it is a very safe place, it is very natural to walk through its streets late at night or at dawn, although it never hurts to have your belongings in sight in public places. If you want to go out to more remote places, the available means of transport will be taxis and local buses. Taxi costs start at $40 pesos. The apartment is very close to the beach and this area is the heart of our city. Guest access Our guests can enjoy the entire interior space of the unit. There are no rooms that they cannot access. They are only asked and expected to respect the privacy of the other units in the building, as they are not related to each other. The building has hallways and stairs to access each floor, and guests passing through them must remain silent, taking into account that there are other people as residents. It has the essential services of WiFi, television, gas, electricity and water included; and in monthly stays we include weekly cleaning with change of sheets and towels; although it is always available upon request with a nominal fee for any stay. Other things to note If you have any concerns or questions about these rules, please do not hesitate to let us know. We will clarify any points and perhaps we could eliminate any that particularly bother you. In this unit, guests, visits, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Smoking is also not allowed inside the apartment, please note that the presence of smoke smell inside the apartment will incur an extra charge of $250 USD. Certain types of pets may or may not be allowed, this is by the owner's policy of the unit, so you must consult me in advance and know that in certain cases additional charges for special cleaning for pets apply. Remember that Vallarta is a lively city, in full growth and you may find construction near the property, restaurants or bars with the inconveniences that this entails; our prices will have already been adjusted if this is the case. In the apartment you have a safe, which will be delivered to you in an open position, and you must leave it that way when you leave. If you leave it locked, you will be charged $100 USD. The internet service we contracted is from the largest Mexican companies, Izzi Telecom. Currently, there is no company that guarantees 100% service, and we have already adjusted the prices of accommodation to this circumstance, providing the service at no cost, but not accepting any type of claim for service failures.
