The space This Clean Queen Studio Kitchenette with Private Bath is perfect for a couple. The lap top size safe for belongings, small closet, A/C (+ $10/n) & Wifi make it easy to get comfortable. Pool and area are a huge added bonus with shade areas and bar service and TV to watch games. The linens and towels are provided as are basic kitchenwares to prepare and enjoy a meal. Breakfast is available for $6.00 per person per day. The garden view is surrounded by mango tree, bananas, coconuts, and others plus and various tropical flowers. Parking is available if wishing to rent a car. The swim up pool bar and restaurant make being a guest at Guava Grove very easy. Guest access This end unit is accessible from the covered patio which has a small table and chairs, a line to dry your bathing suits and towels. Access to our crystal clear pool is available to guests day and night. Pool is cleaned 3 times per week professionally early mornings. The property is easily accessible with a private road drive way on the Principal Carretera (Main Road). About a 15 minute drive from Coxen Hole Airport and 3 minutes down the road to the Village of West End. Beach access is a 3 minute walk with amazing inside reef snorkeling. This is a Marine Park area and has phenomenal aquatic life. Bus/taxi is easy to take at property entrance. Other things to note We have a lovely onsite cat; Shiva. She is a Calico, She is Fixed. She does not eat human food. Please do not feed Shiva but please socialize with her as she loves this. She is very gentle and friendly.
