Lower Holly Barn

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Lower Holly Barn is a luxurious self-contained cottage situated amongst rolling fields, woodlands and beautiful views yet only 5 mins drive from the town of Matlock. This is the place to come and unwind from hectic everyday life. Guests can enjoy beautiful walks from the doorstep, make use of the gym, bowling green and Summer house. The location is perfect for visiting many of the stately homes, Peak national Park and quaint villages in the area. The space The holiday cottage is located on Hearthstone Farm which is now a livery yard with a few sheep (lawn mowers!) in the surrounding fields. The cottage itself comprises of 3 rooms, a large well equipped sitting room with kitchenette within, a large shower room and the bedroom all on the ground floor. To one side of the cottage there are lawned areas with a bistro table and chairs for your morning coffee and to the other side a bowling green/putting green and use of the Summer house for your afternoon snooze! If you're feeling energetic after your walks in the beautiful countryside on your doorstep you have use of the fully equipped gym with tread mills, static bikes, multi gym and weights etc!
