This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps six, with a king bed in the master bedroom and queen bed and day bed/trundle in the second bedroom. While located on the second floor, there is an elevator and for guests to utilize. Amenities include a pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym for guests to enjoy. While we want you to enjoy your spectacular PK condo experience, there are rules that need to be listed, as this is a “family oriented” condominium. You must use common sense and courtesy as it relates to other guest or owners using this facility. * No profanity, loud music, lewd behavior, large parties or activities that offend other owners/guests will be allowed. * A list of amenities, common area access codes, HOA rules and house rules is located on kitchen island in the condo. ** Violation of these rules could result in eviction, and no refund if rules are violated.
