The lot backs onto a forest path, giving the terrace and garden a private, sheltered feel. The ground floor is open-plan, connecting kitchen, dining, and living areas. The fireplace is the natural focal point for evenings, and the wine fridge is a welcome detail for those settling in for a longer stay. Direct access to the terrace – covered by an electric awning – makes outdoor dining easy regardless of the weather. Upstairs are three bedrooms, all with blackout curtains, and a second bathroom. Outdoor The terrace faces the sun and has an electric awning for shade when needed. There's a dining table, grill, and room to relax. The forest-edge position means no rear neighbors and a calm backdrop. Within the residential area, the shared pool is open June through August with no advance booking needed. A sauna is available at the pool area, bookable in advance or open when free. The tennis court is free to reserve via app and stays open through spring and autumn. The orangery, with its fireplace and long table, can be reserved for larger gatherings of up to 20 people. Workspace The home has two dedicated workspaces – one with a monitor and ergonomic office chair, one as a secondary desk. A solid setup for those who need to work during the stay. Location The beach is a ten-minute walk away. Torekov village – with restaurants, bars, cafés, a bakery, and a grocery store – is about 2 km away. From Torekov harbour, boats run to Hallands Väderö nature reserve. Torekov Golf Club is within walking distance. Skåneleden passes nearby. The Bjäre Peninsula offers several beaches reachable by bike or car, along with farm shops, vineyards with tastings, and some of the region's best restaurants. Båstad is approximately 15 minutes by car. Torekov Hotel offers day spa packages for those looking to add something extra. Experience Bjäreterrassen works well for families or groups who want space, structure, and ease – beach within walking distance, activities within the area, and the rest of the peninsula reachable in minutes. The terrace with awning, fireplace, and wine fridge make it a comfortable base across seasons. Guest access You have exclusive access to the entire house, including the private garden and patio. Shared facilities at Bjäreterrassen: The area offers a communal pool area with sun loungers, a pool, showers, a toilet, and a sauna, as well as a tennis court (both open during summer). There is also a cozy orangery with a fireplace and seating for around 20 people. Other things to note During peak season this property is rented on a weekly basis, with arrival and departure on Sundays. All our homes are fully equipped for self-catering – kitchenware, duvets, pillows, and household essentials are included. Bed linen and towels are available as an optional add-on. Bikes can be arranged and delivered directly to the property at an additional cost. We work with a professional cleaning service to ensure every home is clean and well-prepared before arrival. To maintain a pleasant environment for guests and neighbors alike, we welcome families and adult groups aged 28 and over.
