Pacifica is a convenient base base for exploring San Francisco or Wine Country, and a short commute to conferences or hospitals in SF or Silicon Valley ( WWDC , Dreamforce, NABE, IEE, SF Writers, Wine expo, AI Dev). The space This beautiful home has several spacious and comfortable sitting areas filled with light, and sophisticated but whimsical decor. The back yard is a verdant and quiet oasis for gathering after a day at work or exploring the Bay Area. Additional notes: • 2-floor house, with 4 bedrooms on top floor and living spaces on main lvl. Bedroom with single beds has a trundle that lifts to regular height • Garage is not for guest use. • Each bedroom has closet access. • Indoor fireplaces are not available for guest use. •. Whole house is on a water filtration system. • Location is 1 mile from nearest beach, and within a 5 minute drive of 3 others. • Hiking trails are abundant. • There is a corner market and several places for food and coffee. • Pacifica has numerous restaurants and boutiques to explore in either direction. • Vallemar is a lush, tree-lined neighborhood with a creek and several tree swings. Other things to note CANCELLATION POLICY:. No refund within 60 days of check-in. Security Deposit ($500 USD) — As a friendly reminder, please bring any issues during your stay to our attention in order that we might remedy them right away. Any refunds on cleaning will not be authorized after checkout, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD. Note: We have a no pet policy, but we may be able to allow a dog on a case by case basis- there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Security cameras are installed outside at each door for your safety and in order for owner to monitor rule compliance.
