A very relaxing small place to watch the beautiful sunset during summer. This place is a perfect getaway for a weekend relaxation with the beach front view of the West Philippine sea. Ideal for a family of 4 or couple for a romantic getaway and it is free from the hustle and bustle of the crowded and heavy traffic metro. The number of guest is negotiable upon reaching the maximum occupancy and it will be charged accordingly. The space The villa is a modern but minimalist private boudoir for relaxation or a romantic moment, it features a bedroom in the form of a loft with a king size bed located in the mezzanine floor with glass wall overlooking the sunrise in the morning with a gentle kiss of morning sunshine on the east as well as the beautiful sunset from the west. The glass wall facing the sea from ceiling to floor with a modern blinds provides privacy of the mezzanine room which is equipped with a king size comfortable bed. The room has a very good working aircondition for a relaxing moment and perfect sleep to feel recharged the next day. The lounging area is located downstairs which can be seen from the mezzanine cozy even all sliding doors are open wide, comfortable sofa bed is provided to chill and relax while having a siesta hour . Duvet and pillows provided for maximum comfort. The contemporary but minimalist design shower room is a decent size with a small sink and bidet attached for a better hygiene. The porch in front facing the beach has a chairs for an afternoon relaxation while watching the sunrise or even waiting for the beautiful sunset. You will surely enjoy your precious time of relaxation with the beautiful ocean view and a gentle breeze while chatting or sipping a glass of wine . The Volcano , Mt Pinatubo can be reached during summer for additional fee and an arranged tour guide. You will surely enjoy the surrounding area especially if you love nature or a fantastic time with your love ones, friends and family. There’s also a tree house wherein you can relax and watch the surrounding area while enjoying a quiet moment reading a book or listening to your favourite music. For guest exceeding maximum occupancy can ask for extra mattresses which will be charged accordingly . There’s wifi available in every villa free of charge . The use of billiard table is free but the bonfire wood and the use of videoke is charged accordingly. Each villa has a separate aircon for the bedroom and for the lounging area that can be switched on and off separately to save energy. Guest access There is a private access to the property with a very large and secure parking space. The whole area is manned by 23 CCTV cameras all over public and common areas for a reasonable level of safety and security of our guest as well as my staff and the place, but be advised to be vigilant at all times and make sure to lock your doors just for a precaution. Other things to note Please enjoy your stay but please bear in mind to take care of all the things that matters to everyone. Please be sensible and considerate because we love to take care of this humble place and the beautiful nature around it. Any loss, damages or breakages will be charged accordingly and report immediately to avoid delays during check out. Please supervise kids by a responsible adult to prevent any issues or accidents. Please observe rules strictly, no swimming at night or if under the influence of alcohol including if there’s restrictions enforced by the authorities during severe weather conditions. No pets in bed allowed, any break of this rule will incur penalty, deposit will be forfeited for rule breaker.
