This fully furnished, clutter free, entire flat is available for Indian families only. The famous Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple, Sri Durga Temple, Manas Mandir, and Assi ghat are within 1 km range. The world-famous Sri Kashi Vishwanath temple is 3 km away. It is located in Lanka area near famous Banaras Hindu University main gate, where local food joints, multicuisine restaurants, "Banarasi Saree" shops and round the clock convenience are available. The space This is a fully furnished residential 2 BHK flat at 7th floor serviced by 3 lifts. It has a big hall for dining & living space with HDTV with netflix subscription and free YouTube channels. The bed rooms have 1 king size and 1 queen size bed each having attached western bathroom with geyser for hot water. The living room has 1 bed and a 3+2 seater sofa for relaxing/sleeping and watching TV. The kitchen is ready to cook anything equipped with utensils, gas stove with 3 burners and RO water purifier. You can do ironing yourself with the help of iron provided free of cost. We provide freshly laundered bed sheets, comforters, pilows, bathing and hand towels. The toilets and bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned by a staff between each guest booking. We leave all the cleaning materials in a place where guests may utilise at their own wish. Guest access This property has a lawn with few rooms for small gathering and events. You can use it on advance booking basis. There is walking path where you can walk leisurely. Other things to note We are always ready for 6 persons of a family but can provide extra matresses for sleeping for 10 persons of a family. The children who can crawl or walk will be considered as full paying guest. We do not consider helpers and drivers part of the family. The facilities and services that are provided and maintained by other parties, for example, free high speed Wi-Fi, free Netflix if get interrupted or not available, we will try our best to resolve them as soon as possible but are not guaranteeing for the same due to the reasons beyond our control. We do not offer compensation for their failure caused by the reasons that are beyond our control. Same applies to other facilities. Depending on the need and security concern and safety of the property, we or our responsible representative may visit the property without informing the guest even in their absence. This is to check the safety issues that may arise or suspected.. Therefore, we advise the guests for not keeping valuables within the premise of the property. We will not take any responsibility for the loss of valuables. For early check-in or late check out, write to us. We will try our best to honor the request depending on the availability on payment basis. A refundable security deposit of Rs. 1000/- will be taken at the time of checking in which will be refunded at the time of checking out after deducting the charges of damages done, if any. Three percent of the actual rent (not the tax and Airbnb commission) will be charged to be paid to Airbnb at the time of checking in. We may take a group photograph of the guests for our record purpose.
