Ideal for 4 people, it consists of two separate bedrooms, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a west facing terrace, and an equipped kitchen overlooking a large living room/living room. A covered garage is available for your car or bikes and free placement in the outdoor parking lot. You will reach the lake in a few minutes: less than a kilometer and a half separates the apartment from the lake! The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed 160x200cm and storage. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds 90x190cm as well as storage. High-speed TV and WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washer/dryer, raclette and fondue appliances. Linens will be provided for your stay. No pets are allowed in the apartment. The accommodation is located on the 1st floor without an elevator. Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance, you can get around without a car during your stay and leave your car in the condominium parking lot. Saint-Jorioz is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a mountain setting. Visit its village, its mountains, its port and its beaches! Check-ins are available daily from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a self check-in solution cannot be found, you will be asked for an extra €20. If the place is available earlier we will be happy to host you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the same day. In the same way on the day of your checkout, a late checkout will be allowed if the accommodation is not resumed the same evening.
