We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. We ask that each guest complete this identification process and purchase either a deposit or waiver. The $500 deposit comes with a $15 transaction fee and the waiver costs a flat $35 to purchase. These costs are nonrefundable while the $500 deposit is refundable and will be released within 7-14 days after the reservation ends. This process is meant to protect both us as hosts and also you as a guest should unexpected damage occur on the property. NOTE: There is a ring doorbell that records video and audio when there is motion at the front door. This is not actively monitored, but may be revisited if house rules are broken (for instance, no parties). In order to prevent parties and ensure that our guests are good neighbors, we also have noise (decibel) monitoring equipment installed.
