This is not actively monitored, but may be revisited if house rules are broken (for instance, no parties). In order to prevent parties and ensure that our guests are good neighbors, we also have noise (decibel) monitoring equipment installed. No pets are allowed. GARAGE Please also note that the garage is a tight fit for skilled drivers and best for compact vehicles.
