These 1-story brick units are located in a peaceful wooded nook on the edge of Shelby State Forest. This location is 20 minutes from Midtown/Downtown. If you have specific dates that you are looking for you are welcome to send an inquiry as we have 12+ apartments that may not show up in the search. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a mix of airbnb guests and residents at the newly remodeled townhome style apartments called Timberline Flats. Guests are renting the indoor space only. We have a house nearby and we can potentially help out if a need arises at some point during your stay. One thing to note is that this unit is towards the front of a 84 (34 building) unit complex that is quietly being extensively renovate. This growing community is 3 miles from Shelby State Forest, 20 minutes north to Millington and 20 minutes south to Downtown along the river and 20 minutes to Midtown. It is located in a 24 acre, quiet and peaceful wooded nook. A personal car is recommended. Book at least one month through Airbnb and if there are no future bookings you may ask us to block the calendar so you have the first choice to stay where you are. The number of guests should match the number of guests in the inquiry/reservation.
