Additionally, Diamond Fork Hot Springs and The Oaks Golf Course are only 5 minutes away." ***2 CAR GARAGE The space This lovely townhouse features 4 bedrooms, with 3 on the second floor and 1 in the basement. Each of the 3 upstairs bedrooms is equipped with a smart TV and a USB port on the lamps. Additionally, all the bedrooms come with a fan controlled by a remote and a queen-sized bed. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and also includes a sofa. We provide essential amenities such as: - Complimentary bottle of water for each guest (total of 8 bottles) - Cooking essentials like oil, sugar, salt, and pepper - Coffee and coffee filters - Soap, including dishwasher and washer soap for the first few loads - Shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in every bathroom. Guest access The whole house is available for guests. Other things to note Parking: be aware that parking is reinforced and cars will be towed at guest expense if parked on the back street ( by the garages area). There is VISITOR PARKING on the southeast side as well as the southwest side. Our house has a 2 car garage and driveway can also be used for parking. Parking is allowed on the main street in front of the house on both sides.
