Welcome to your personal retreat on the North Sea! In our vacation home, your well-being comes first, because we want you to feel at home. Immerse yourself in the inviting atmosphere of our house with conservatory, enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area (beach, coastal heath, forest, riding stables) and also take unforgettable trips to the islands of Neuwerk/Helgoland, the climbing park or the Wadden Sea National Park. The space Even in the middle of the lively season, you will certainly be able to find your well-deserved rest here. The spacious living/dining area is predestined for relaxing hours together. The cottage has two bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom no. 1 includes a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with new EMMA mattresses and motorized slatted frames for relaxed reading. In addition, a large closet can be used for the clothes you bring. Bedroom no. 2 houses a slightly smaller double bed measuring 140 x 200 cm as well as a display case plus a wardrobe. The bathroom has been completely renovated recently and offers a walk-in rain shower and a bathtub with a whirlpool function. The conservatory, which faces south, invites you to linger and offers a beautiful view of the countryside. Here you can browse a book with a coffee even on rainy days and fully enjoy the light of day. The Spanish rattan furniture under cozy sun sails provide some Mediterranean flair. Our garden with its sheltered terrace will be your personal retreat where you can completely relax. Treat yourself to delicious dishes from the grill and let the romantic atmosphere by the fireplace brighten up the evenings together. Guest access A parking space is available right outside the door so you can arrive comfortably and park your car safely. Our house, which was built in the 1960s, has undergone a loving renovation in the last three years to adequately prepare it for today's demands. The bright floor coverings made of design vinyl as well as the wooden parquet coverings ensure a pleasant atmosphere. The country house kitchen as well as the living room and bedroom 1 have been renovated, but have been deliberately kept rustic in terms of furnishing style. In particular, the kitchen and bedroom have the Nordic charm of such a house. Other things to note As a landlord, I am obliged to issue you with a spa/guest card and to collect the due contribution of 3.80 euros per day per person from the age of 16 (the day of arrival and departure is considered one day). - Important!: To prepare the visitor's cards, we absolutely need the contact information (ID card data) of the arriving persons in advance. A well-behaved dog is welcome here after prior consultation. Because we know that a vacation without your beloved four-legged friend can be difficult. For your loyal companion, we only charge a small surcharge of €10 per day. Feel free to use our service for linen packages. We provide these for an extra charge of €17.50 per bed linen and towel set. Please let us know if you would like to use this service or if you would prefer to bring your own bedding and towels.
