The Hideaway @Knob Hill offers your family a peace filled retreat into a quiet lakefront community with every amenity you could possibly need. The main house sleeps 14. The two separate guest houses each sleep 2 and have full kitchens & bathrooms. Text me for photos & cost through the airbnb app. The space We provided large screen TV's in every room, with a 65" TV in the living room with Streaming services from Netflix, Amazon prime & all local channels. We have high speed internet access with upload and downloads speeds of one gigabit. With wifi access throughout the house. This home is not on the water, but access to canoes, kayaks and other water toys via our lake house in the same neighborhood can be scheduled. These water toys are stored at and can be launched from the beach in front of our other home just one block away. There are two separate private guest house’s on site available to rent for your larger family or group with full kitchen’s bathroom’s and queen size bed’s. They have their own washer & dryer to use. Message me through the airbnb app for photos & cost. Guest access The Hideaway at Knob Hill is in a quiet residential community. Because of this we do not allow anyone under the age of 25 to rent this property. Families with children under this age are welcome, but children must be under parental supervision at all times. This is not a party house. Please get prior permission to plan a gathering, retreat or reunion. Drunkenness, loud music, loud voices, lued or indecent behavior is not acceptable behavior and will result in your removal without refund. We love to host families, or groups gathering to catch up and spend a weekend together. Thank you for your consideration. Other things to note Our 4th tiny sleeping area was especially designed for a private small Hideaway for kids/teens/or young at heart. We wanted a place where they could have their own space to watch TV, play DVD’s, play video games or just relax away from the group. The lower bed is a twin size bed. The upper platform is suspended from the ceiling and can support in excess of 1,000 lbs and has a twin air bed.
