The house is situated 4 min away from the metro station Ledru-Rollin, close to Bastille and to the train station Gare de Lyon which means you'll have access to 7 metro lines within a 10 minute walk. Around the apartment you'll find a typical Parisian neighborhood with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacco shops, banks, etc. The famous and cheap Aligre food market is also one street away from the house. Everything for you to enjoy your stay ! The space The apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor, which is why it enjoys plenty of natural light. Its mezzanine and open spaces give it the appearance of a loft. It has a fully equipped open kitchen, a living room, and a bedroom with a double bed located upstairs.
