Meeniyan Studio

This quirky little studio is surrounded by 3 acres. It is a small space offering private entry, undercover parking and outdoor cooking area. There are dogs, ponies, goat, sheep, chickens, rooster, ducks and often koalas on the property. Under 10 mins walk to the pub and all that the vibrant village of Meeniyan has to offer and 5 mins walk to the rail trail. Approximately 30 mins to beaches 40 mins to Wilson’s promontory MAXIMUM - 2 GUESTS STRICTLY NO INFANTS OR CHILDREN 0 - 12 SAFETY REASONS The space Whilst the studio is small it has one bedroom with a comfortable queen bed with electric blanket. The sitting room has TV with Netflix and Apple TV. The breakfast area has a microwave, mini fridge, coffee pod machine, toaster, sandwich maker and kettle. A continental breakfast is provided . Please let me know if you require gluten or dairy free. Please do not bring your own cooking appliances. The bungalow /breakfast area is not suitable to cook in. Only use appliances provided. The private outdoor area has a Weber baby Q, electric hot plates and sitting area. Guest access Guests are welcome to walk around the dam in the paddock behind the bungalow. There are lovely views from the dam paddock. Please do not feed the animals and keep the gates shut so we do not have escapees!! Guests are welcome to pick produce from my vegetable and herb garden for use whilst staying. Other things to note Meeniyan is located 135 km from south east Melbourne surrounded by the strzelecki ranges. It is the turning point for Wilson’s Promontory National Park and approximately 30 minutes drive to beaches such as Sandy Point, Waratah Bay, Venus Bay and Inverloch. The vibrant village of Meeniyan offers cafes, bakery, art gallery, boutique gift and clothing shops, jewellery shop, E bike hire and much more. The Lyrebird Arts Council have live shows at the Meeniyan town hall.
