The Sagittarius Room is a completely private space located in the centre of the house. It has a fan and a shared bathroom with another room for two people. From your room, you have direct access to the bathroom, without having to go through hallways or other common areas. The house has 7 rooms and a quiet atmosphere, with common kitchen, interior patio and a shared terrace surrounded by plants. A nice, practical and conveniently located option for your stay in Guadalajara. ✨ The space Welcome! The Sagittarius Room is spacious, with a double bed, fan and a small dressing room that gives you plenty of space to store everything neatly. It is located in the center of the house and has no windows outside, which gives it a more reserved ambiance, with less natural light entry and a sense of calm. Share bathroom with another room (occupied by up to two people), but each room has its own direct entrance to a shared area where the bathroom is located. You don't have to cross corridors or pass through other areas of the house, and no one comes into your room to use it. It is a simple, comfortable and practical solution, with your privacy in mind. The house has 7 rooms and a relaxed atmosphere. It is full of plants and has shared spaces such as the kitchen, the interior patio and a terrace upstairs, where you can relax, read or just be. It is ideal for sightseeing, study or work trips: an accessible, quiet and good vibe place for your visit to the city. 🫶🏽 We are in Colonia Americana, a few blocks from the Expiatory Temple and the Juarez Station of the Light Train. An area full of cafes, restaurants and cultural spaces, central and practical to move around Guadalajara. ⚠️ We currently do not have air conditioning, but all rooms have a fan. 📌 Due to the layout of the house, you may hear voices or noises from other guests. However, we do have rules to maintain a quiet environment, especially during the evenings. 🌙 📐 Total room area: 12.89 m² 🛁 Shared bathroom – direct access from the room – 🚗❌ - We do not have parking - Guest access During your stay at Casa Capricornio you will have access to the common areas of the house, designed for your comfort: • A fully equipped shared kitchen, with utensils, natural water and some basic condiments. • A backyard patio with stairs leading to the terrace, perfect for sitting outdoors, reading, or taking a break. • An indoor living room/patio on the ground floor, ideal for spending time in a quiet environment. Also, during your stay you will have at your disposal clean towels, bed linens, toilet paper and soap. (♻️ Use them with respect and awareness) We hope these spaces make your stay a more comfortable, restful and enjoyable one. During your stay If you need assistance, our offices are right in front of the house and we will be happy to assist you: • Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. • Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Sundays and holidays our offices remain closed.) I will also be available via Airbnb chat for any questions or clarifications. For logistical and safety reasons, we ask that all communication be through this medium. Still, for your peace of mind, we will share the guest service number, available from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. to support you in whatever you need during your stay. In addition, we have a person who lives in front of the house (in charge of maintaining tranquility and security, during the nights) and can support you in case of an emergency. Other things to note Due to the layout of the house, voices or noises from other guests can be heard. However, we do have rules to maintain a quiet environment, especially during the evenings. 🙏 If you notice that someone does not respect them, please let us know - we are happy to find a solution. ⸻ 💡 About your hosting type Casa Capricornio is not a hotel so we do not offer the same services. We are a home with budget rooms, basic amenities and friendly and close treatment. We offer several accommodation options to adjust to different budgets: • Rooms with a private bathroom and TV • Rooms with a private or shared bathroom • Affordable fees, without compromising functionality. ⸻ 🌞 About the weather and ventilation Guadalajara, like many areas of Mexico, can have elevated temperatures in spring and summer. As we are a budget choice, no room has AC but: • They all count with their own fan and natural ventilation • We also have extra fans available if you need it ⸻ 🎥 Safety and privacy We have closed-circuit cameras located only in common areas, such as: • Front Entrance • Backyard ⚠️ We never record the interior of rooms or bathrooms.
