Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space! This private room is a large bedroom in a newly remodeled ground level apartment. It is decorated light, airy, and boho. We want you to feel at home and comfortable at all times so, if you need anything at all from an extra pillow, to a recommendation please ask! We pride ourselves in keeping it clean and tidy, so please, do your part! We are located on a quiet, dead end, family oriented street in the beautiful town of Orchard Park. The space Your room is your own.! There is a 32” smart Roku Tv with cable, and an electric fireplace that can be heat and /or just the flame. There is a large closet for storage, black out blinds, and a window for natural light. The kitchen, bathroom and living room may be shared (if we have another booking) but you are welcome to use them! There may be a guest(s) sharing the common spaces with you so please always be courteous of others! Free Fios WiFi. There is a lock with a key on the bedroom door, but we have never had an issue as our family is loving and trustworthy. We have plants and an air purifier for fresh, clean air. Guest access The bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared. We are not a hotel, we are a loving, hosting family. Please, if you are looking for perfection or silence, perhaps book elsewhere. This room is in the lower apartment of our home. We live upstairs. We have a patio in the back and front you may relax on. There is a pool open to our discretion during the summer months. I will have coffee/tea in the kitchen you may help yourself to! During your stay We can socialize, have a fire, sit on the patio with a coffee together....or not! It’s up to you and we are ok with that. We love learning about new people, countries, cultures, states, etc! We do work strange hours so we may miss you some or all occasions. Only those on the reservation are allowed in the home.
