House is close to a lot of trails, for hiking, and there is a gas grill that is provided on private deck. this is NOT a handicap accessible property, and no smoking Great Wi-Fi speed is provided, large tv for your viewing The space large, comfortable living space with large windows for a lot of natural light,. No smoking on or in premises … bedroom w queen bed and a queen Murphy bed upstairs . 1 1/2 bathroom Other things to note wood sauna available by reservation... falconry birds of prey are on property and available for viewing upon request. there is no smoking in the house or on the premise, due to HIGH fire danger on the hillside in the summer... reservation is for out of town people only....no local guests... no cleaning fish on location.... no partys please
