The bedroom, located on the second floor, includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a pedestal sink, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. The home also includes a half bathroom on the main level. THINGS TO NOTE: - Washer and dryer in home. Parking is available for 1 vehicle in the front parking lot. As of March 1st, 2023, there will be a $5.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check-in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge.
