House comprises of 2 double bedrooms, home office and 1 child’s room (single bed). Travel cot can be provided. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Basic essentials such as tea & coffee provided. The space Property opens into hallway with plenty of space for shoes and coats. Door off to lounge with comfortable leather seating and large TV. Through to light and spacious kitchen diner with seating for upto 8 people and bifold doors to a large enclosed garden with 2 additional seating areas, pool table and children’s play area. Please note there is a raised fish pond and steps off of the patio, There is a downstairs w/c off of the dining room. Upstairs there are two large double bedrooms and a child’s single room. Both double rooms have space for a travel cot if required (we can provide 1 travel cot). Bathroom with shower over a large corner bath. Guest access Self check-in available with safety key box at the side of the property. Whole home available except 1 room downstairs and 1 room upstairs which will be locked. Other things to note Please note that the third bedroom contains a single mid-sleeper bed which is accessed by a small ladder. Please see photo. There are 2 areas containing water in the garden, a raised netted fish pond at the front of the garden, and a small fry pond hidden away right at the back of the garden. Please ensure children are supervised around water.
