Important Update: Manhattan Beach is a dynamic community, and at times, there may be neighborhood improvements underway. Currently, there is construction taking place across the street, and a few other projects within the area. While none of this affects the home’s views, guests may occasionally notice activity or noise during daytime hours. All work is regulated by the city: Mon–Fri: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM Sat: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sun: No work permitted The city also prohibits radios or music on construction sites to help maintain a peaceful environment.
