Walk to the Broadwalk with restaurants (bike rentals) and lots of action or walk across the street to a serene beach. Margaritaville is a little over a mile away, take the Hollywood trolley to downtown Hollywood where there are cute shops and restaurants, ArtsPark, concerts, and lots of other fun places. The space This spacious one bedroom condo is right on the intracoastal and has a huge balcony overlooking the pool and water. The condo is right across the street from the beach and there is beach access on both side streets. Fully stocked kitchen. TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi (Amazon) but no cable. Guest access There is one free parking space that comes with the rental. Guests will have access to the whole condo, the condo pool, courtyard with tables/chairs and the intracoastal waterway seawall. Other things to note We do ask, if neighbors ask, that you mention you are a guest of the host (details will be provided at check-in) and not that you have used a rental website for your stay.
