Guest access Guests my access any part of the home, including basement space for storage and a detached garage for additional storage (not recommended for parking cars.) Other things to note This home may only be rented with a 31 night minimum lease. All furnishings are provided, including extra bed linens, towels, blankets, a fully equipped kitchen, and some starter toiletries. All utilities are provided as listed (water, electric, internet, gas, and lawn care.) This is the perfect rental for those looking for an extended family visit, here on a business trip, or seeking transitional or temporary housing. Whatever the reason, we got you covered! Pets: We do consider pets on a case by case basis. There is a pet fee of $50/pet/per month with a non-refundable $150 initial deposit per pet. Limit of 2 pets only. Early Check-In/ Late Check-Out: We do not offer late check-out as our cleaning crew arrives promptly at 10am. If early check-in is needed, you may inquire on the morning of your arrival. Should the home be available earlier, a $50 early check-in fee will apply.
