The longest free beach in the area is only a 5 minutes walk from the house with a breathtaking panoramic view of Tihany - the peninsula. Large terraces, old trees, birds singing sounds, real mediterranean vibe, if you love that! And the water of the lake is not salty! Downstairs are the livingroom and a fully equipped kitchen, but we have a fireplace in the garden for grill too. There are many activity options nearby, such a great experiences like: circus, pedal boats and kite- sup-, windsurfing rental, paintball area, go-cart race, adventure park, a ferry crossings to Tihany - the old peninsula, many clubs in Siófok city, and the Plazs Beach. The famous Italian Mauro Pizzeria, a culinary experience not to be missed. It is possible to rent sailing boat nearby too if you look on the internet you will find options. The house has been only partially renovated inside, as shown in the pictures, according to our guests recommendations and wishes. We really try to make this a nice place to stay for your holidays. The bedrooms are located on the upper level and the rooms share one country-style bathroom with a bathtub, but there is another shower-bathroom downstairs too. We recommend the house for 6 person, however there is an extra bed for the 7ht guest. Note that the bedrooms are small, but the comfy memoryfoam beds are perfect for sleeping - as our guests says. Everyone likes the silent air conditioner for each room, installed lately. We clean them every year just before the season. Open: from the first of july - till first of september. We will welcome our guests with a pre-cooled house at 24 celsius. Book early if you plan to stay here as the house is usually booked a year before for the big festivals. No big parties, loud music outside the house is not allowed after 10pm and no pets welcome, sorry. We want to keep the house clean and higienic. Guests have access to the whole house and garden. There is no fence but the borders of the garden are clearly visible from our neighbors by bushes. The bathroom and the kitchen and livingroom, and all the balconies is yours. And the garden with the barbecue fireplace is ready to use. Wood will be available next to the house. The garage and the attic are private areas and not for the guests! You can ask for assistance. If you have any question just call the owners phone given on the livingroom desk or in emergency ask one of the neighbours. Really long free beaches:) Very nice food and restaurants nearby. Many activities. Watching the sunset at the beach or just relax on the shady balcony after a nice cool shower. You can find economic price minivan from or to the airport on the internet. Be sure to make the price in advance on the phone. Should be under 100 euro form budapest. Train station is 15 minutes walk from the house. Check the timetable on (URL HIDDEN) website. Trains are usualli late in Hungary:) The neighbors within the land, so you can ask them in case you need urgent help and the owner is not around or cannot be reached on the phone, but they dont speak good english. Luckily they are very quiet and peaceful people so your pleasant stay is guaranteed. Use of Internet: The house has free wireless internet exclusively for our guests.
