This stylish, newly renovated historic quarry stone house from 1833 in Rhinehessian Switzerland is suitable for families, hikers, cyclists and especially for dog lovers. The courtyard/forest-like garden, which is over 600 square meters, is completely fenced. The Appelbach flows right through the middle of the small village. Dogs also like to use it for bathing. The space The Rhinehessen country house was lovingly renovated for almost 2 years. Due to the historical construction with thick quarry stone walls, it is wonderfully cool even in the middle of summer, which makes air conditioning unnecessary. The wild, long-established garden is home to many trees, in the middle of which is a huge weeping willow. Shaded areas are guaranteed. Inside, everything has been renewed, including the complete building services. Quarry stone walls and half-timbering were exposed. The furnishings are appropriately selected in the country house style. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, one with a modern box spring bed (1.80 m wide). The second bedroom has a metal bed from Hasena (1.80 m wide), with memory foam mattresses and direct access to the large roof terrace with wooden flooring. All rooms on the upper floor have rustic wooden plank floors, including the large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. On the upper floor there is also a small office with a sofa bed for the 5th and 6th guests. The second bathroom on the first floor is modern with a large walk-in rain shower. The cozy living room with modern, fully equipped country kitchen and dining area has a Swedish stove for coziness on cold winter days. Here, too, there is a foot-warming wooden floor. In all bedrooms and the living room there are flat-screen HD TVs. A washer and dryer are in the separate laundry room. All construction work and also the furnishings were carried out exclusively by skilled craftsmen with high-quality materials. The house is accessible from the main entrance and from the courtyard side. Free parking is available in the yard. The yard/garden is completely fenced, surrounded by walls.
