Nearby hiking, biking (you can store your bikes in our shed-just ask)golf, spas and more! Local owners are attentive, fun, and ready to help. The space About 900 square foot flat with entirely private yard, entry, parking. Its comfortable for a family or a hermit! Flexible sleeping arrangements in two bedrooms. #1 has a Queen and twin bunk beds. #2 has a full size and a twin size daybed. The bathroom is a little retro, but plumbed with water from those famed springs! The kitchen is fully equipped, with Keurig and Drip coffee makers and tea service. Our game collection includes Twister, Battleship, Scrabble, Uno, and some cards. The door walks out to a deck with a picnic table, and a cozy, private yard with a propane fire pit and propane bbq grill. You can walk easily to all the attractions our little town has to offer. Guest access Enjoy the the whole flat along with the back yard and RV/Car Port. Let us know ahead of time if you're planning to park your RV or charge your car/truck here. Other things to note Do not smoke cigarettes or anything else in or near the apartment. Smoking is only permitted outside in the carport area. PETS - not allowed. Service dogs/miniature horses acceptable. We're local, so if you ever need anything, you can just call.
