Spacious, light-filled apartment in Amsterdam’s vibrant Old West. Centrally located with a tram right at the door, you can easily go in any direction. Central Station is just 10 minutes by tram. Supermarket across the street, with cozy cafés, artisanal bakeries, and restaurants nearby. An authentic base to experience Amsterdam like a local. The space The apartment is 68 m² and part of a well-kept 1903 building. With high ceilings and original details, it has a calm, classic atmosphere. The open kitchen flows into the living room and makes a great spot to cook, eat, or just take a moment to relax. At the front, a small balcony overlooks a lively street with cozy cafés, artisan bakeries, and all kinds of restaurants, from local favorites to more modern spots. The bedroom is at the quiet back of the apartment and has a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm). It opens onto a larger balcony with a small seating area, perfect for getting some fresh air. There’s a spacious bathroom and a separate laundry room with a washing machine you’re welcome to use during your stay. Guest access Guests will enjoy full acces to the property, with exemption of the storage space. Other things to note Kindly be aware that this property is a private residence, not intended for commercial use. We take great pride in maintaining our home, and we sincerely hope that our guests will also appreciate and respect this aspect during their stay. Since this is a private residence, you may come across some of the homeowner's personal belongings, though we do our best to store them away. We could also leave out a selection of condiments, spices, butter, and other food and beverages for our guests to enjoy The apartment is accessible via steep stairs.
