Other things to note To ensure your utmost comfort and preparedness, we wish to share the following considerations: Please be advised that the parking area has a capacity of up to 4 cars and street parking is strictly prohibited. The spa facilities are available year-round and have a maximum capacity of five people at any given time. Access to the lake and the use of the pedal boat and kayak are restricted to the summer season exclusively. The pedal boat has been modified to operate with an electric motor. The motor and battery are located in the front entrance closet. These items must not be left outside, as rain can damage them. Please note that indoor gas fireplaces are unavailable during the summer season. However, the outdoor caged firepit remains accessible year-round. We do not provide firewood. Please note that the stove top is electric and has 3 burners. The tap water is potable. In the unfortunate event of a power outage, please be aware that the water supply will also be affected, as it requires electricity. Initial provisions, including ground coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt & pepper, paper towels and toilet paper, are provided for your convenience.
