The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house. The apartment has one room, a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining room and a sofa overlooking the TV. In the outer part of the apartment there is a courtyard with a parking space. The courtyard contains indigenous Dalmatian plants. The space The uniqueness of our apartment is the possibility of accommodating a small child. Private parking is available. It is located near two of the largest regional shopping centers: Mall of Split and City Center One Split. The bus station is only a minute's walk from the apartment, and the beach is a few minutes by car. For an evening stay, a covered loggia in the courtyard is ideal. Guest access all parts of the apartment are available to guests for their use.
