A fully stocked new kitchen with large stone island, Bosch appliances, Breville Coffee machine plus Nespresso, air fryer, nutribullet, Juicer, slow cooker, pressure cooker, sandwich press, dishwasher, etc The area is light, bright & opens to another living room and an additional large smart tv. This area is so beautiful and inviting to chill in. Think Mykonos vibes with Jasper King Furniture lounge and John Vogel dinning table. This is the perfect room to admire the stunning expansive view. A new dry bar space is also in this area. The entire home has ducted central air conditioning & heating. Each room can be individually selected. All bedrooms have ceiling fans & a/c, have built ins and new soft hypoallergenic wool carpet. Exit the rear glass doors to sensational views to the resort style area with covered seating & BBQ. A large, fully fenced rear level yard that’s perfect for games and fire pit with stunning views, veggie garden and fruit trees. Cool off in the 14 meter magnesium lap/leisure pool. Inspired by trips to Tuscany we have created our own hilltop resort with super comfortable double size sun lounge daybeds and an outdoor lounge plus additional sun lounges and outdoor beanbags in full sun, semi or full shade. The heated spa is always a great place for sunset drinks or moonlight relaxation. Warm Low voltage outdoor lights create a beautiful night time vibe. Warm up around the large fire pit. Full gym with machines, free wights, battle rope, yoga mats, exercise bike, table tennis and darts.
