The space This is stand alone studio with a fully equipped and stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, closet, Smart TV, and indoor eating area. There is no oven but the microwave has baking options. Guest access You will access this studio along the driveway, which has a manual gate. There is a latch on the fence to hold the gate open if needed. One available car parking in front of driveway gate facing north. Other things to note Easy access to Swamis Beach and surf break through the railroad underpass, only a 5-10 minute walk! You can walk or ride your bike anywhere to shop, eat, and enjoy the outdoors without having to get in your car! You can wake up and surf within minutes, eat breakfast at the delicious Swamis cafe, and shop for stylish beach clothing/gear at Hansen’s Surf Shop, all within steps of each other. Cardiff is 30 minutes from downtown San Diego, Old Town, and 35 minutes from Coronado. The beaches, shopping, and dining of La Jolla and Del Mar are also 15-20 minutes away. You can easily enjoy all San Diego has to offer! This studio is located in a quiet area, so while it's just a few blocks from the beach, you won't be surrounded by a noisy neighborhood. Yet, neighbors are in close proximity. There are ocean views surrounding the studio, but not directly from the studio. The studio is equipped with beach towels. Chairs and boogie boards can be provided upon request.
