Furnished with care and equipped with all comforts, including new appliances, ideal for families or groups of friends. It offers a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, an entrance, and bed and bath linens. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, making you feel at home. - Bedrooms: Flexibility and Comfort The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first is a double and the second has two single beds. The room with single beds is only assigned for stays of three or four people. If there are two of you, you can request it for a small fee. If a group of friends wishes to stay separately, we offer the possibility of converting the double room into a room with two single beds for free. Both rooms are equipped with practical wardrobes, bedside tables and are complete with fresh and clean bedding for your arrival. - The Bathroom: Relaxation and Functionality The bathroom is a true corner of comfort, equipped with all the necessary amenities: an extra-large shower for moments of pure relaxation, a bidet, a convenient washing machine and a towel warmer, as well as all the bath linens you will need. Guest access Your Exclusive Space Our apartment will be entirely at your disposal, guaranteeing maximum privacy. Depending on the number of guests booked, we will prepare one or two bedrooms for you. For single travelers or friends, we offer the possibility to request the room with two single beds instead of the double bed. Both rooms are equipped with practical wardrobes, bedside tables and are complete with fresh and clean bed linen for your arrival. Bed linen and towels will be provided based on the number of guests booked, each extra request will result in a small surcharge to be paid at the time of the request. We would like to point out that there will be no other people inside the apartment besides you and your family/friends. Our goal is to make you feel completely at home.
