In the spacious, open living area, you will find a wood pellet stove, a comfortable sofa area, large-screen TV, Blu-ray player and free WiFi (we do not guarantee unlimited availability and sufficient speed). The large kitchen in the extraordinary winter garden with access to the terrace is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, convection oven at standing height and all the important household appliances. In the master bathroom, you can expect a ground-level rainforest shower with underfloor heating and an infrared heat cabin. The second bathroom upstairs has a shower and corner bathtub. A washer/dryer is also available in the utility room. Everything is allergy-friendly (including organic parquet). The entire living area has underfloor heating. On the terrace, cozy garden furniture invites you to relax and enjoy. In the garden there is plenty of space for our younger guests to play. The Ostfriesenhuus is particularly child-friendly - private playroom upstairs, toys/books are available. A stroller is also available for excursions. Hamswehrum has a playground that is within a two-minute walk. The quiet location in Hamswehrum makes the place particularly attractive - all excursion destinations are within easy reach. There is also a baby crib in the master bedroom. And for rainy weather, we have set up a small library in the bedroom with thrillers, fiction, cookbooks, etc. The house has a carport; your own bicycles can be parked under a roof behind the house. No pets allowed in Ostfriesenhuus. The house is a non-smoking home. This property is rented during the Easter and autumn holidays from five nights without a fixed changeover day. The holiday home is located in the small, tranquil Hamswehrum, a typical East Frisian Warfendorf not far from the North Sea coast. Here guests will find peace and quiet in the middle of green fields and the wide marshland. The nearby dyke invites you to take walks and bike rides along the coast, with wide views over the Wadden Sea. The coastal towns of Greetsiel and Emden can be reached in a short time and offer restaurants, shopping and maritime excursion destinations.
