Welcome to our charming two-bedroom cottage in beautiful Barrington, RI! With stunning water views and a cozy interior, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind during your stay! Step onto the deck, where you can enjoy the wildlife, views of the Conimicut Lighthouse, Jamestown and Newport Bridges. Listen to the lapping tide while you sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The space Water access is just steps away from our front door, making swimming and sunbathing very accessible and the Providence-Bristol Bike path is just a 1/2 mile from the cottage. Being less than 15 minutes from Providence and surrounded by water and natural beauty, this cottage offers the best of both worlds. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a home base for your Rhode Island adventures, our cottage is the perfect choice! Guest access Private Entrance PARKING: With the cottage having just a few feet of street frontage we do not have on-street parking. Our driveway is very narrow but can fit a few cars. Feel free to park at the end of the driveway for more vehicle door room. Other things to note First Floor: Living Room, Dining, Common Space, Kitchen, Laundry and Bathroom Second Floor: Two Bedrooms Sleeping: Bedroom 1: One queen bed and one small twin bed Bedroom 2: One queen bed YARD: With plenty of grass and outdoor seating you can enjoy grilling by the water, dining outdoors, sunbathing and playing yard games. Grill, beach chairs and towels are provided for your use. *Please note that we do not have a fully fenced in yard. LOCATION: We’re located less than 15 minutes from Providence, an hour train ride to Boston, three hour train ride from NYC, 45 minute drive to Newport and less than 20 minutes from Warren and Bristol. AREA HIGHLIGHTS: We’re two houses down from water access and a short walk to parks, marinas and the Providence-Bristol Bike Path. Providence Water Fire, Sunday evening Latham Park music (walking distance from cottage), Jacob’s Marsh Nature Preserve, Colt State Park, Blithewold Mansion, Newport Vineyards and Providence River Pedestrian Bridge are all nearby attractions. We are in close proximity to many colleges and hospitals. BREWERIES/RESTAURANTS: There are several breweries and dozens of amazing restaurants within a 15-minute drive from our front door. Parties and pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Please be respectful of the quiet serenity of our neighborhood when visiting. **Please note: our home is located on the edge of a nature preserve. The community takes pride in protecting and respecting this special place. Grasses/vegetation should not be disturbed.
