Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, spacious and very cozy home with a private pool and spa located in the Sierra Vista Country Club Estates. This home, that has been in our family for 20 years, is located on the Pueblo De Sol Golf Course. We have yard games including a life size connect four and corn hole, a BBQ grill, fire pit and enough seating for all of your family and friends to get comfortable, enjoy the incredible Southern AZ weather, eat together and make lasting memories! The space This home has been in our family for 20 years now and is an incredible place to relax, have fun and enjoy each others company. The backyard overlooks the 4th Tee, along with pretty constant hummingbird visitors! (* did you know that Sierra Vista, Arizona is known for hummingbirds? It is often referred to as the "Hummingbird Capital of the United States." Over 15 species of hummingbirds can be seen in Sierra Vista, including the rare Plain-capped Starthroat!) Some other great reasons to visit Sierra Vista: Natural beauty: Sierra Vista is surrounded by mountains, forests, and deserts. There are plenty of opportunities for hiking, biking, camping, and fishing. Mild climate: Sierra Vista has four distinct seasons, but the winters are mild and the summers are dry. This makes it a great place to enjoy outdoor activities year-round. Outdoor activities: Sierra Vista is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. There are over 200 miles of hiking trails in the Huachuca Mountains, as well as several lakes and reservoirs for fishing and boating. Arts and culture: Sierra Vista has a thriving arts and culture scene. There are several museums, galleries, and theaters in the city. Sierra Vista also hosts a number of festivals and events throughout the year. History: Sierra Vista is a relatively new city, but the region has a rich history. The Huachuca Mountains were once inhabited by the Apache people. In the late 1800s, the U.S. Army established Fort Huachuca in the area. Some great cities/sites close by: Tombstone, Arizona: This historic town is known for its Wild West past. Visitors can tour the Bird Cage Theatre, a former brothel and saloon, and learn about the town's outlaws, including Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday. Bisbee, Arizona: This former copper mining town is now a popular arts and culture destination. Visitors can explore the town's historic downtown area, visit its many art galleries and museums, and enjoy its lively nightlife. Kartchner Caverns State Park: This state park is home to some of the most beautiful limestone caves in the world. Visitors can take a guided tour of the caves and see amazing formations such as stalagmites, stalactites, and flowstone. Coronado National Memorial: This national memorial commemorates the Coronado Expedition, which was the first European expedition to explore the American Southwest in the 16th century. Visitors can learn about the expedition at the visitor center and hike to the top of Coronado Peak for stunning views of the surrounding area. Ramsey Canyon Preserve: This nature preserve is a great place to see birds and other wildlife. Visitors can hike the trails, have a picnic in the park, and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Guest access You will be able to access the entire home except for the garage area. Other things to note O Please, always be safe and responsible while enjoying the pool and spa. No children allowed to be alone in the pool/spa, always provide adult supervision. No glass around or in the pool/spa. Swim at your own risk. O The pool is not heated, the hottub heats up very quickly! O Pets allowed upon request (with a $100 additional fee ) O Guests will be held liable for any damages caused by pets O Pet owners responsible for cleaning up after pets & disposing of pet waste in bins provided O No pets allowed on beds & furniture O Any noise complaints can result in a fine through the city of Sierra Vista O Report any maintenance issues as soon as possible, as every effort will be made to accommodate these items immediately. O We truly want everyone to have a relaxing time at our family home and enjoy themselves, whether it’s a solo trip, couples getaway or friends/family reunion! With that being said, please take care of the home and treat it as your own. If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back; also, please do not use confetti or glitter at the property.
