Our accommodation consists of a building with private rooms and a terrace, which is a shared area and is where the jacuzzi is located as well as other areas to rest. We are located in a quiet area less than a 5-minute walk from the beach, and about a 25-minute walk from downtown. (Calle 70 Norte, see map) We also have a shared kitchenette with basic cooking utensils. The space [ROOM] The room has a queen size bed, private bathroom (toilet, sink, shower). The room is equipped with A/C, ceiling fan, fridge, and Smart TV (YouTube and Netflix only) [Netflix account not included]. [KITCHENETTE] The kitchenette is for shared use, has an electric grill, microwave oven, dishes, glasses  and basic cooking utensils. [Terrace] The terrace is a common use area with several rest areas. TERRACE HOURS 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM. [Jacuzzi] The Jacuzzi is for shared use, DOES NOT HAVE HOT WATER, the bubble system works for 40 minutes. The Jacuzzi can be used by guests during their stay and not after check-out time. No need to book in advance HOT TUB HOURS 10:00 AM -10:00 PM [Additional Rules and Charges] - NO SMOKING - Penalty for smoking inside the room/bathroom $300 Mexican pesos. - Loss of keys: $300 Mexican pesos. - Broken towel/sheet or with permanent stains: $200 Mexican pesos. - Broken or permanently stained duvet or mattress cover: 500 Mexican pesos. -Check out 11:00 AM. Check-out after this time will have an extra charge of $70 Mexican pesos (Maximum check-out 12:00pm). -Terrace/kitchen hours 9:00 am 11:00 PM. -Quiet hours 11:00pm - 8:00 AM. - NO parties or small gatherings allowed Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in additional charges or the cancellation of your reservation. Guest access [BUILDING] The room is located inside a 3-story building, each floor has 3 rooms; the rental includes the right to use a room as well as common areas ONLY DURING THE RENTAL PERIOD [PARKING] You can park your car in front of the home. It is not private parking (closed) but it is a safe street. Most of our guests visit us in rented cars and we have never had any negative experiences. We also have surveillance cameras 24/7 During your stay Your stay will always be attended by Angel or Alejandra, the cleaning lady. Room cleaning is carried out only with prior authorization and on scheduled dates, depending on how many nights you are staying; the scheme followed is: 1 night = Not applicable 2 nights = Not applicable 3 nights = 1 cleaning 4 nights = 1 cleaning 5 nights = 2 cleanings 6 nights = 3 cleanings The scheme is repeated on a weekly cycle. Other things to note [NO PETS ALLOWED] We love pets but we cannot provide the kind of facilities they need right now or guarantee their safety. - PETS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN Penalty for unauthorized pet access: $600 Mexican pesos. (Any additional cleaning or damage caused by the pet must be covered in addition to the pet penalty fee). [VISITORS] Visits may be allowed ONLY WITH PRIOR NOTICE TO HOSTS otherwise the reservation may be cancelled or restricted.
