The views, silence, space and dark sky are unprecedented here! From the penthouse on the top floor you have a spectacular view of the Wadden Sea and the islands of Schiermonnikoog and Ameland. The farm is very comfortable and luxuriously finished and equipped with all the comforts. The space The house is very light and spacious and suitable for 12 people. Ground floor: The large living room has a spacious sitting area, electric fireplace, TV, soundbar and chromecast, large dining table and French doors to the terrace. The kitchen-living room has a dining area, cooking island, dishwasher, large fridge, oven and microwave. The utility room has a freezer, washing machine and dryer. In the very spacious indoor barn there is a football and table tennis table and a dart board. There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor, both with a double box spring, a large bathroom with double showers and a Finnish sauna and a separate toilet. On the 1st floor, there are 3 bedrooms, all with 2x single beds. Also on 1st floor there are 2 bathrooms with double showers, and 2 toilets. On the top floor is the penthouse with a double 4-person 4-poster bed, kitchenette and dining area, French doors to the roof terrace . On the 4000 m2 of grounds, there is more than enough outdoor space for outdoor activities. There are several terraces, a wood-fired hot tub, BBQ, a swimming ditch and a private shell path to the dike and the Wadden Sea! There is also plenty of parking space on site. The house is located about 300 meters from the public road, so optimal privacy is guaranteed. Guest access The whole house is at your disposal. The price includes tourist tax and cleaning costs. The beds are made up when you arrive. Other things to note Nes is located between the villages of Wierum and Moddergat. Lauwersmeer is just around the corner. Here you can cycle, (kite)surf, sail (bicycles are for rent in neighboring village and can be brought). Discover the magic of the Wadden Sea and book a mudflat walk. The Wadloopcentrum Friesland is a little away in the street. Or go for a day by boat to Schiermonnikoog or Ameland. Nearby are plenty of nice terraces and restaurants. Visit the historic Dokkum, which is a short fifteen-minute drive away. Nearby is a grocery store, which can deliver your groceries. Fresh fish can be found in the port of Lauwersoog and you can buy the vegetables directly from the farmer in the area. In the house, you will find an information folder with all activities in the area.
