The views, silence, space and dark sky are unprecedented here! From the penthouse on the top floor, you have spectacular views of the Wadden Sea and the islands of Schiermonnikoog and Ameland. The farm is very comfortable and luxuriously finished and equipped with every comfort. The space The house is very bright and spacious and suitable for 12 people. Ground floor: the large living room has a spacious sitting area, electric fireplace, TV, soundbar and Chromecast, large dining table and French doors to the terrace. The kitchen has a dining area, cooking island, dishwasher, large refrigerator, oven and microwave. The utility room has a freezer, washing machine and dryer. In the very spacious indoor shed, there is a football and table tennis table and a dartboard. Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms, both with a double box spring, a large bathroom with double showers and Finnish sauna and a separate toilet. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms, all with 2 single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms with double showers, and 2 toilets on the 2nd floor. On the top floor is the penthouse with a double canopy bed, kitchenette and dining area, French doors to the roof terrace. On the 4000 m2 site, there is more than enough outdoor space for outdoor activities. There are several terraces, a wood-fired hot tub, BBQ, a swimming ditch and a private shell path to the dike and the Wad! There is also ample parking space on the private property. The house is located about 300 meters from the public road, ensuring optimal privacy. Guest access The whole house is at your disposal. The price includes tourist tax and cleaning fee. The beds are made upon arrival. Other things to note Nes is located between the villages of Wierum and Moddergat. The Lauwersmeer is just around the corner. Here you can cycle, (kite)surf, sail (bicycles are available for rent in the neighboring village and can be brought). Discover the magic of the Wad and book a Wad hiking tour. The Wadloopcentrum Friesland is a bit further down the street. Or take a day trip by boat to Schiermonnikoog or Ameland. Nearby are plenty of nice terraces and restaurants. Visit the historic Dokkum, which is a short fifteen-minute drive away. Nearby is a supermarket, which can deliver your groceries. Fresh fish can be found in the port of Lauwersoog, and vegetables can be bought directly from the farmer in the area. In the house, you will find an information folder with all the activities in the area.
