Other things to note ✹ Primary guest booking the property must be at least 25 years of age and be present at the property throughout the entire stay. ✹ Please note: Pool maintenance and gardening services are scheduled once a week and may occur during your stay, depending on the timing. Both the pool technician and gardener require access to the front and backyard to perform their duties. Thank you for your understanding as we work to keep the property in top shape. ✹ Since the property is located in a residential neighborhood, we expect all guests to follow the neighborhood quite hours from 10pm to 7am. ✹ There is a Ring doorbell camera pointing at the front door entrance and driveway.
