¡Welcome to Isla Verde, Puerto Rico! What to expect at Encanto's Apartment? 🚶‍➡️You will find everything accessible and within walking distance, such as restaurants, pharmacies, bars, hotels, and souvenir shops. 🏖️The beach is across the street. ✈️Only 10 minutes or less from the airport. ⚠️This place is located on the main street so you will expect street noise, and it is busy and noisy at night. Please consider this if you are a light sleeper. The space The property consists of three individual apartments (studios) located in a second floor. Our location is in a tourist area where you can find everything within walking distance, such as pharmacies, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops and the beach is across the street. 🔹We are right on the main road of Avenida Isla Verde. So, the area is noisy, and at night it can be annoying for light sleepers. This is something you should take into consideration when booking. 🔸We do NOT have parking, but you can park in the public area (street) or there is a private parking lot for $5.00 per day from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm (Located next to Walgreens parking lot). 🔺We have an electric generator. If the power goes off, you won't even notice, it will turn on by itself. 🎊It will be a pleasure to welcome you! Guest access Guest Access: ✔️For your convenience, we offer a self check-in process available at any time. ✔️The code to access the property will be sent at the time of check-in. ✔️Once you unlock the lockbox, you will have two keys in your hands: one for the gate and another for your room. ✔️The gate is noisy, so we kindly ask you to be careful when closing it. ✔️There is a sitting area where you can relax, read, and enjoy your coffee. This area is a quiet and relaxing space, not suitable for disturbances, as there are other rooms in the hallway. ❌Note: Smoking is NOT allowed. Other things to note The location of this property is in a busy and noisy area, with nightlife, daily traffic, and general noise. Please, keep in consideration before booking. Please note: We do not have parking available. Just street parking or paid parking ($5 all day) next to Walgreens parking lot, behind Pizza City Rest.
