What to expect? 🚶‍➡️You will find everything accessible and within walking distance, such as restaurants, pharmacies, bars, hotels, and souvenir shops. 🏖️The beach is across the street. ✈️Only 10 minutes or less from the airport. ⚠️This place is located on the main street so you will expect street noise, and it is busy and noisy at night. Please consider this if you are a light sleeper. The space The property consists of three individual apartments (studios) located in a second floor. Our location is in a tourist area where you can find everything within walking distance, such as pharmacies, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops and the beach is across the street. Our property consists of three private studio apartments located on the second floor, in the heart of the tourist area of Isla Verde. 🏖️ The beach is across the street, and restaurants, bars, pharmacies, souvenir shops, and convenience stores are all within walking distance. ✈️ Conveniently located just minutes from the airport, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. ⚠️ Please note: the apartment is located on lively Avenida Isla Verde, so street and nightlife noise can be expected at night. This may not be ideal for light sleepers. 🚗 We do not offer parking, but street parking is available nearby. A private parking lot is also located next to Walgreens for approximately $5/day (7:00 AM–10:00 PM). ⚡ The property has a backup power generator, so you can continue enjoying your stay even during power outages. 🌴 We look forward to hosting you! Guest access ✔️ Self check-in is available anytime for your convenience. ✔️ Your access code will be sent at check-in time. ✔️ Inside the lockbox, you will find two keys: one for the main gate and one for your apartment. ✔️ Please close the gate gently, as it can be noisy. ✔️ Guests also have access to a shared sitting area — perfect for relaxing, reading, or enjoying a coffee. Since other studios are located nearby, we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum in this area. ❌ Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property Other things to note ✔️ The apartment studio is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. ✔️ The property consists of three private studio apartments that share a common hallway and sitting area. ✔️ Uber and taxis are easily available in the area. ⚠️ Since the property is located on Avenida Isla Verde, guests should expect normal city, traffic, and nightlife noise, especially on weekends. 🚗 We do not offer on-site parking. Street parking and paid parking nearby may be available depending on availability.
