A stone's throw from the house there are two protected beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and just 15 minutes away is the surfing paradise. 2.8 km away by car is the village of La Graña, where there are bars, and just 15 minutes away by car is Ferrol with supermarkets, pharmacies, or any other need. San Felipe is famous for its castle, which can be visited for free. The space On the ground floor at street level is the hall, double bedroom, bathroom with bathtub and shower, closet with cleaning products and washer/dryer. On the first floor is the living room (without WiFi) with a balcony, the kitchen, with a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, (without a microwave) a toilet and finally on the second floor the main room in the attic and with very low ceilings. Guest access There is exclusive access to all areas of the house. Other things to note If you prefer beaches with waves and miles of perfect sand, they are just a few kilometers away by car: Doniños, San Jorge, Pantín, where a surfing world championship event is held. San Felipe is in an excellent location, with Santiago de Compostela an hour away and A Coruña 45 minutes away.
