Whether you're here for work, passing through, or in for a country escape our beautifully renovated and thoughtfully designed Art Deco home promises a unique and unforgettable stay. The best part is that your tailed friends are welcome too!! It includes 2 renovated bathrooms, vintage features, stylish decor as well as a stocked pantry to kick start your stay. The space The space includes: 2 x Master Queen bedrooms 1 x Double bedrooom Lounge room Fully equipped kitchen with islander breakfast bar 1 x Bathroom with 1800 bath and double shower, twin vanity and toilet 1 x bathroom with shower and vanity 4 seat dining table There is ducted heating throughout as well as an electric fireplace in the lounge room. There is a split system aircon/ heater in both master bedrooms, and fans throughout. The property is 2 minute drive from the freeway, a 4 minute drive from the airport, an 8 minute walk to Dean Street, and an 8 minute walk to the Albury Base Hospital. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all areas of the main house and backyard. At the far end of the backyard (approx. 20m) is Miss Marie's little sister stay, which is often occupied by other guests. Therefore please be mindful that the backyard is shared. Both the front and back entrances have stairs. Other things to note Please note, it is an extra fee of $80 for a pet. They are not allowed on furniture and owners must pick up after them. We welcome your dogs ONLY (2 max). Unfortunately we are not suitable for other pets. They are free to use the entire backyard that is 100% secure. Please mention your dog specifics when booking.
