Private with rustic cabin & campsite on a pristine mountain stream on the South and another stream on the East- Features an outdoor kitchenette. There are trails, mountains, lakes, rivers, streams. Located In the heart of white-water rafting, biking, fishing, hiking or water sports activities. The perfect romantic getaway, family camping trip, motorsports outing, nature lovers delight or pure rest and relaxation!! PLEASE NOTE: This is a RUSTIC experience with no hot-water or electric power. The space Property features an outdoor kitchenette with covered picnic table, gas cook-top (gas provided,) sink (gravity-fed water,) and ice-box (1 block of ice chills for 2 days.) There's also a separate rustic outhouse. Water may be carried from the stream (potable with light filtering.) Bring your own linen. Shower is located outside. There are trails, mountains, lakes, rivers, streams and amenities all nearby (1 to 5 miles.) In the heart of white-water rafting, biking, fishing, hiking or water sports activities. Off a major ATV trail. Stunningly beautiful country. The tiny cabin is 12 x 18 with a woodstove, recliner, table/chairs and bunk bed. There is an outdoor fire-pit and available firewood. The campsite will easily accommodate multiple tents and/or pop-up camper (sorry no campers over 20'). Cabin sleeps two (bring tents/air mattresses for up to 4.) food and beverages. Cook up breakfast on the outdoor open-fire grill or head to the village only two miles away for some amazing down-home fresh donuts or full mom & pops breakfast. Sign-up for nearby white-water rafting, ride the ATV trails, head for the lake nearby or simply relax on the stream with your feet in the water soaking up some sun while listening to the water flow over the rocks. Enjoy the campfire at night and watch the stars in the clear skies of Maine. This is summer as it should be. Sit in the natural stream pool on a hot summer day! Be sure to write down or print out the following directions: Go through village of Bingham and take RIGHT onto Rt16 (do not turn left prior). Take first LEFT onto Stream Rd. Go to where you have to turn left/right (you will have just crossed over the stream) and turn RIGHT to cont. on Stream Rd. Pay attention here and go 1.1 Mile (One and 1/10th) and SLOW DOWN for hard to spot entrance just prior to a tiny bridge at smaller stream. The entrance borders this tiny stream to the RIGHT. Other things to note Please be sure you understand guests stay here for the amazing streams and woodlands. It is a rustic experience w/no hot water so the gravity-fed cold water outdoor shower will be quite invigorating.
