Cozy cottage near the sea, Östra Stranden Halmstad

Our family cottage is about 30 sqm and one of Östra Strand's first cottages on Johannistorp, built by grandfather Rudolf in 1934. The cottage is located about 150 meters from the long, white, shallow and child-friendly beach. The cottage is completely renovated and consists of: living/dining room, bedroom, smaller complete kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. The bedroom has a family bed with three beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed with two places. Total number of beds 5 (4 for best comfort). Guest access The entire cottage is at your disposal. Two patios with barbecue grill. We have a small shed on the property that will be locked, otherwise everything is at your disposal. In the cottage's shed there are: Baden Baden chairs and beach parasols to borrow to the beach, dartboard, football, etc. Other things to note Final cleaning: Do it yourself: SEK 0 (all cleaning materials are available in the cottage) Avoid final cleaning: + SEK 800 (leave the cottage and we will clean)
