Located down town of d’Etretat, 5 min walk from the cliffs and close to all the shops. The Villa has been completely renovated and its past has been illuminated while keeping its authenticity. The Villa invites you to travel with your family, friends or colleagues. Inside: 1 living room (21m2), luminous dining room and its open kitchen (30 m2), 6 bedrooms (including 4 bathrooms) and a toilet in addition. Outside: garden of 500 m2 where you will find enough space to park up to 6 cars. The space This Villa has been completely renovated with quality materials and is perfectly adapted for teleworking with three of its six bedrooms equipped with desks and Ethernet connexion. The Villa is organized around a central staircase: - On the ground floor: an entrance hall leading to a living rooms equipped with a large TV which integrates streaming services (Netflix, Prime Video, OCS, Disney+), the dining room and a new and equipped kitchen; - On the first floor: three queen size bedrooms; - Papeete : with its adjacent bathroom (bath/shower); - Manila: with its own shower room; - Nairobi: with its office and shower room; - On the 2nd floor: three bedrooms with 2 queen size beds (with offices), one of which has 2 single beds to be moved closer together if necessary. 1 shared bathroom (11 m2): shower and bathtub. Six cars can be parked in the garden. Bed linen, towels and tea towels provided. Washing machine and tumble dryer on the ground floor. Cot and high chair available. Guest access Welcome by a host ( agreed time for arrival) - in exceptionnal cases autonomous arrival. Please note that the outdoor cameras only record the exterior of the house. The interior is equipped solely with motion detectors – no cameras are installed inside.
